$45/month, $300 per closing, E/O $200 per year
(Agent can have an unlimited number of assistants)
 
SILVER
$65/month, $300 per closing, E/O $200 per year
(Office will input and maintain listings in GAMLS and FMLS along with the internet)
 
COPPER *
New Agents Only: $40/month, E/O $200 per year, 70/30 split upon closing: After 3 closings, there’s an option to move to any other level.
 
COPPER/SMART CHOICE*
New Agents Only:  $60/month, 70/30 split upon closing.  After 3 closings, there's an option to move to any other level.
 
SMART CHOICE*
$65/month,$300.00 per closing, E/O included in monthly fee. This plan’s payment is only acceptable by ACH or Credit Card (there are no exceptions).
 
* For an additional $20 per month per agent, our office administrative services will input and maintain your listings in GAMLS & FMLS.
Our mission is to give back to you and your family. We reward our agents that recruit for PVRG. For each personal recruit PVRG pays you $50. For each Flat Fee Listing Package- you earn $400. Our system it allows you the opportunity to have multiple streams of income.
